Northland was founded by Peter Brittain in 1998 with a couple of people and a few computers in a lounge room in East Perth. Today we’re a group of companies across different cities and continents.
Our HQ is in Perth, but everyone in the Northland group can work and live wherever they want.
At heart we’re a technology, data and design company, and we run as a distributed team rather than from a single office.
We bring the work to the people rather than the people to a workplace. Our team works remotely, backed by the project management, data, design and analytics tools they need, which means better work and a better balance for everyone.
